So how is everyone doing regarding payroll? My store has been forced to cut and cut more. We are stretched thinner than I have ever seen..

Even tho I have worked with this company for years and I still to this day am stratching my head.

They want us to be the #1 retail brand in America. They want us to keep customers service top notch, have nice big beautiful stores... and increase sales.

How the heck does cutting payroll hours accomplish this?

Yes, I know its a controllable expense, but you have to spend money to make money.

Anyone have insight into this decision?

I'm new to LJ and new to this forum, so I figured I would start out by asking what everyone's stores look like?

I have always found how we design our stores, select the square footage, decide where departments go, as interesting.

So I will start with mine!




Probably has the most well lit facade of any store I have seen to date. At night the store looks like a castle hehe! :)
